Deposit Returns

Please note the Festival Volunteers (CATs & HATs) moved to the Hotbox Events website in early 2009.

Deposits for both DCSS staff and CAT volunteers are returned in October. Deposits will be returned by cheque in the post. We will post cheques to the staff member’s or volunteer’s correspondence address held in PAAM, if there is no correspondence address we will post to the permanent address. Please make sure your address details are up to date in either DCSS PAAM or HBE PAAM.

Please do not email us asking us to update your address for you – we can’t do this as there are over fifteen thousand in the PAAM databases.

Please do not email us chasing your deposit before the 1st November.
